Randy Willis joined BK Technologies® (BKTI) in August 2017 as Vice President of Operations, advancing to Chief Operating Officer in March of 2018. Mr. Willis is responsible for leading the organization’s global operational strategy making continuous company-wide improvements with the implementation of Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma methodologies. Before joining BK Technologies® he served as President of Target Velocity Consulting, leading public and private firms in productivity improvements.

Mr. Willis’s prior roles include Vice President of Continuous Improvement for CIRCOR International (CIR) where he was responsible for Global Quality and Kaizen Activities; Hydraulics Group Lean and Quality Manager for Parker Hannifin Corporation (PH) implementing the Parker Lean System and Six Sigma; and operational leadership roles with Honeywell International (HON) at the group and divisional levels.

As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Expert, he also held leadership positions in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, industrial engineering and program management. Mr. Willis graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Technology.
